The Junior Church Ministry is spearheaded by the children pastoral staff and supported by a pool of dedicated volunteers. Together, they work in partnership with parents, to reach and teach children from age groups of 3 yrs old to 12 yrs old, in such a way that they have the greatest opportunity to become fully developing followers of Christ.

Working in teams, the children's workers influence the children through mentoring and caring relationships within age bands. In their age-bands, led by an adult leader, the children build upon their understanding of God's word as well as to maximise their learning of faith lessons.

Children, as early as 8 years old are also strongly encouraged to be active worshippers in every children corporate service on Sunday. There is a range of services they can contribute, from support singing to ushering, to manning the PA system. Together, they comprise the Service teams that lend support to the adult leaders. The team-serving inculcates in the children the importance of being a crucial part of a larger body.
