PASTORAL STAFF - CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

Role: To assist in shepherding the children through mobilizing and empowering a team of lay people and engaging the parents in active partnership, so that we raise a generation of children who know God and have uncompromising passion to follow Jesus Christ all their lives.

Requirements: Some active years of pastoral experience in children’s ministry, or some years of lay experience in children’s ministry either in a church or with a
para-church organisation. Possess a pleasant personality that is suited to working with children (3 -12 yrs) in particular, as well as adults, and also able to hold pastoral conversations with them. Minimum of a Diploma in any discipline with a Bachelor’s degree in Divinity or Theology.

PASTORAL STAFF - ChristiaN YOUNG ADULTS MINISTry (cyan)

Role: In this role, the person must have a clear calling to work with young adults, providing leadership & pastoral care in discipleship, mentoring and evangelism.

Requirements: Preferably a married person above age 35, and possess good communication and leadership skills. Candidates must have theological training equivalent to the first year of a Master of Divinity or Bachelor of Theology. Ministry experience with young adults will be an added advantage.

PASTORAL STAFF - YOUTH MINISTRY

Role: In the role of a Youth Pastor, the person must have a clear calling to minister with the youth and have hands-on experience in discipleship and evangelism.

Requirements:Must be a member of the Anglican Diocese and should be well versed with the latest youth ministry practices. An energetic and outgoing personality. Candidates with a theological degree (MTS, MDiv or equivalent) and 5 years of ministry experience with the youth will be considered.

PASTORAL STAFF - PASTORAL COUNSELLING CUM CELL MINISTRY

Role: To assist the Head of Dept (PCM) in providing counselling to others.

Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of theological training or equivalent with a Diploma/Degree in Counselling/Psychology or related discipline is required. Male candidate with at least one year of counselling experience is preferred.

ADMINISTRATOR - CELL MINISTRY

Role: To provide administrative support to the Cell/Alpha ministry, as well as general administrative support for church events.

Requirements: Must have a mix of administrative & people skills, be able to multi-task & be meticulous, as well as work responsibly & independently. A minimum of a Diploma or Degree in any field of discipline is required. Good written and verbal (English) communication skills, and ability to use Microsoft Office software is expected. Experience in event organizing and evangelism/outreach will be an added advantage.

ADMINISTRATOR - MISSIONS & HEALTH TOUCH

Role: To provide administrative and operational support to the Missions Department and Health Touch Ministry.

Requirements: Minimum of a Diploma in any discipline is required. Good PC skills, and very familiar with Microsoft Office software. Strong in events coordination and office administration with good communication & PR skills, and people-oriented. Familiarity of medical terms and medical knowledge will be an added advantage. Willingness to participate in medical mission trips. Possess relevant working experience & able to work independently with minimal supervision.

ADMINISTRATOR - HUMAN RESOURCES (2 yr Contract on Part-time Basis)

Role: To provide administrative and coordinative support to the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, so as to support the staff development and growth of the church ministries.

Requirements: Minimum of a Diploma in HRM or related discipline, preferably with some years of relevant working experience and familiar with local labour law. Able to organise and follow-up independently, possess strong interpersonal & communication skills, meticulous and good with numbers. Some experience in HR software will be an added advantage.
